Returns

Due to the unique nature of artwork, Jose Gomez generally does not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully described and photographed to accurately represent the artwork. We encourage you to review all images and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact your credit card company - refunds may take time to appear

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at .

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered the fulfillment process.
